After finishing school, this native of Berlin worked as an artistic assistant as well as in various dance theatre projects. She graduated from the Faculty of Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). Various engagements took her to the Theatre of the Arts in Zurich, the Deutsches Theater Berlin, das Theater des Lachens in Frankfurt-on-the-Oder. From 2003 to 2005 she was a member of the Theater Waidspeicher ensemble. Following this she worked freelance. From 2009 to 2012 she was an actress and puppeteer with Theater Naumburg-on-the-Saale. From August 2013 onwards Kathrin Blüchert is once more a member of the Theater Waidspeicher ensemble.

Karoline Vogel #04EN

Karoline Vogel was born in Wittenberg in 1986. She studied at the Faculty of Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). She performed in productions at the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin and the Cabaret Theater "Distel" in Berlin. 


Her signing with Theater Waidspeicher as from the 2014/2015 season is her first full-time engagement.

Heinrich Bennke was born in Schwerin in 1987 and graduated from the Faculty of Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). He performed with the "Berliner Ensemble" and with the Kabarett Theater "Distel" in Berlin. Since the 2013/14 season he has been a member of Theater Waidspeicher ensemble.

Paul Günther was born in Meiningen in 1960. He graduated from the Faculty of Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). As a puppeteer he was engaged at Theater Waidspeicher Erfurt, Staatstheater Meiningen and from 2001 to 2009 at Theater Naumburg. As a director he worked with theaters and artists in Basel, Stuttgart, Zurich and Berlin. Paul Günther has been engaged by Theater Waidspeicher since the beginning of the 2009/2010 season.

Tomas Mielentz was born in Meißen in 1966. After finishing an apprenticeship and working as a fitter for locomotives he studied scenery and puppetry. He graduated from the Faculty of Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). Tomas Mielentz has been working at Theater Waidspeicher since 1995. He has been performing in more than 60 productions for children and adults since then.

Martin Vogel #04EN

Martin Vogel was born in Werdau in 1968. After finishing school and working in a factory he studied  Puppetry at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts, (Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Busch" Berlin). While he was still studying he was employed as an actor at the Hebbel Theater in Berlin in Robert Wilson's production of “Doctor Faust Lights the Lights“. From 1994 to 2004 he worked as a puppeteer at the Städtisches Theater Chemnitz. He also worked as an actor and singer in musical productions at the opera house in Chemnitz. He has been a member of the Theater Waidspeicher ensemble since 2004.
